The three founders and facilitators of s.m.a.r.t are:

Together, they possess nearly 45 years of marketing, PR and communications experience. And as you can imagine over that time, they’ve seen many-a trend come and go. And everything in between.
In the spectrum of industries and organizations they’ve worked with, there is always a common challenge. Business struggle to streamline and get their brand known.

“Business owners and entrepreneurs,” the s.m.a.r.t team shares, “often find themselves overwhelmed with the volume of work that comes with marketing and communications. “Small business owners or entrepreneurs don’t have time for complicated processes. They need to focus on basic foundations that can help establish and elevate their brand to their audience, and action items that they can effectively complete on their own,” says co-founder, Melanie Nicholson.
